Bopha Ul - File Clerk, is a native of Oakland. She is currently a student at Merritt college where she received her paralegal certificate. Presently she is pursuing a BA in legal studies. On the weekends, she volunteers at various charities- one being the U.S.S. Hornet where she does restoration and others doing homeless outreach.
